Out-of-State Tuition Waiver Application
If you wish to be considered for an out-of-state tuition waiver during the next academic year, fill out this form and press the Submit button at the bottom. New applicants MUST complete this form in addition to the departmental online application form.
Please note, out-of-state tuition waivers are NOT automatically renewed at the end of each academic year. If you wish to be considered for renewal, you must fill out this form each year. The deadline for applications is FEBRUARY 1st.
